How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigeration as it can introduce moisture.
How long does coffee stay fresh?
For best flavor, we recommend using your coffee within 2-4 weeks of opening. Unopened bags stay fresh for several months.
What grind size should I choose?
- Whole Bean: For maximum freshness - grind just before brewing
- Standard/Medium Grind: Perfect for drip coffee makers and pour-over
- Espresso Grind: Fine grind for espresso machines
Is your coffee organic?
Our coffees are sourced from specialty-grade Arabica beans. While not all are certified organic, we prioritize ethical sourcing and quality.
What's the caffeine content?
An 8 oz cup contains approximately 95mg of caffeine for our regular coffees. Our mushroom coffee has similar caffeine levels with added functional benefits.

Can I return opened coffee?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened items. However, if there's a quality issue, please reach out and we'll make it right.
